It was founded in 1974 by Blas Gutierrez Morillo and transacts business from its registered head office that is located in Ibi, Spain. The company's product range is focused on three specialities: cold rolling and steel strip slitting; milling and cutting to length welded steel tubes; and steel industry products service centre. Its products include steel tubes, cold-rolled strip, and wide and narrow slitted. These products are sold and distributed to a wide range of customers within the domestic market.
